Jakarta.Suarareformasi.com.Bupati Musi Rawas, hj. Ratna Machmud Menghadiri dan Dikukuhkan Sebagai Wakil Bendahara Umum Pada acara Pengukuhan Dewan Pengurus Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia (APKASI) masa bakti 2025-2030 di Dampingi Sekretaris Daerah Musi Rawas, pada Kamis, (17/07/2025). Acara sakral ini diselenggarakan di Puri Agung, Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta, mulai pukul 09.00 WIB hingga selesai.
Pengukuhan dewan pengurus APKASI periode 2025-2030 dipimpin langsung oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia, Bapak Tito Karnavian. Turut hadir dalam acara tersebut sejumlah menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju dan anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) RI, termasuk Menteri Perdagangan Zulkifli Hasan, Wakil Ketua DPR RI Cucun Samsurijal, Wakil Menteri Desa dan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal Ahmad Riza Patria, serta Menteri Desa dan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal Yandri Susanto.
Dalam kepengurusan baru ini, Bupati Lahat, Bapak Bursah Zarnubi, secara resmi dikukuhkan sebagai Ketua Umum APKASI periode 2025-2030. Beliau terpilih setelah Musyawarah Nasional (Munas) keenam APKASI tahun 2025 yang digelar pada 30 Mei 2025 di Minahasa Utara. Sementara itu, Bupati Minahasa Utara, Bapak Joune J.E. Ganda, terpilih sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal APKASI masa bakti 2025-2030.
Dalam sambutannya, Ketua Umum APKASI terpilih, Bursah Zarnubi, menyampaikan bahwa pengukuhan dewan pengurus yang baru ini merupakan momentum penting untuk mempererat hubungan antara pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah pusat. Beliau berharap melalui APKASI, hubungan kedua belah pihak dapat semakin harmonis, mengingat terkadang masih ada perbedaan kepentingan dalam melihat undang-undang maupun praktik bernegara.
Bursah juga menegaskan bahwa APKASI adalah institusi strategis yang lahir sebagai instrumen untuk mengintensifkan dan mengefektifkan pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Otonomi Daerah Nomor 22 Tahun 1999. “Kehadiran APKASI bukan sesuatu hal yang baru, bukan sesuatu hal yang tidak penting, tapi memang direncanakan oleh pemerintah pada waktu itu untuk mengawal pelaksanaan otonomi daerah di seluruh wilayah Indonesia,” pungkasnya.( ADV )
